Telephone support is available 9-5 CST Monday through Friday. Optional extended-hours support programs are also available. We offer registered users access to free product updates and provide access to release notes, technical documentation and FAQs.

BEZ offers regular training programs with the standard license of BEZ software to help customers accelerate their return on investments for BEZ PPM solutions. We also offer a range of optional training programs to train new employees or support the more widespread adoption of BEZ products throughout the enterprise.
