BEZ Systems provides a full array of support services to help customers take maximum advantage of the BEZVision predictive analytic solutions. Telephone support is available 9 AM - 5 PM (Eastern US) Monday through Friday. Optional extended-hours support programs are also available. We offer currently active users access to free product updates and provide access to release notes, technical documentation and FAQs.

BEZ includes training programs with the standard BEZ software license to help customers accelerate their return on investment for BEZ predictive analytic solutions. We also offer a range of optional training programs to train new employees or support the more widespread adoption of BEZ products throughout the enterprise.
